Tenant Overview

Most rental companies you talk with operate on the same principle: raising their rates. If you’re there long enough, even if you’re the best tenant in the world, they will eventually hike their prices and expect you to pay more to live in the same home.

Well, we don’t think that’s fair. That’s why we came up with an innovative solution. As long as you pay your rent on time, keep your property in good order and obey the terms of your lease, you won’t owe us another cent over the originally agreed upon price for the lifetime of your lease. If that means you want to live in your home for decades, please do!

That doesn’t mean we don’t offer maintenance, either. Although it is minimal compared to other companies (which is how we keep our costs down), we still help out when you really need it.
